Joanne Yolles returns to her roots at ScaramoucheScaramouche restaurant has announced that Joanne Yolles, pastry chef extraordinaire and creator of the famed Coconut Cream Pie, has returned to Scaramouche where she started her career 25 years ago. Chef Yolles has worked her magic at leading kitchens in Toronto since 1983 and is known internationally for her imagination, precision and consistency.
